- I enjoy learning new lauanges (am currently learning spanish.)
- I am a distance runner only
- I am going in to 10th grade(@the end of the year)
- 3nd year XC and track
- Favorite course to race on: Stonehedges golf course, Beville invitational and marathon course.
- Love running 1500s and sometimes an 800 during the track season. I am thinking about taking on the 3 mile as a freshman and then a steeplechase when I am a senior.

| | Was up at the HS Track today and got in a good workout. Warmed up with a easy 400. Did a semi-fast 800, race pace 800, and finished up with a good 6:05 1500. Cooled down with a easy 400 and some stretches. Have a group run tonight more later.
I am back! Just came in from going for a 3 mile jog with Oliver(Airedale Terrier). The jog was fine except halfway through my calves started to hurt,even though I stretched before I started. Any ideas as to why they are sore?
Just got back form the group run. Went from Auroura N.Y. to union springs N.Y.(do not know the number of miles.) This is only up so late because of the car ride back here.

| | Was away on vacation at lake erie this past week. Went for a easy 1.5 mile jog along the coast line. As well as went for a 2 mile fast pace while chasing the dog. XC practice starts tomorrrow.

Thursday: Did a 1.5 mile on the track with a time of 12.2 (have not run one in a while.)
Have the camp Gregory Rustic run next weekend on Saturday.

| | School started today. Went to pratice did a 10 min warm up. For a work out ran laps around the Tennis courts for 15min. Did two more laps jogging for a cool down.

| | So I had my first meet yesterday. Got the results today and I came in second for females with a time of 8min. 02sec.(Not 2 shabby!) Saturday we go to the B-Ville Invatitional.

| | Yesterday went to B-Ville invitational. got results today.... I came in 23 out of 150-200 people. Time was 10:30. Going to groten on tues. YAY! Time to beat my P.R. that I set there.

| | Sorry that I have not posted anything lately. Ran at Groton last Tuesday. Despite the rain beat my tie about time by .11 seconds even though it was raining cats and dogs. Have a home meet today soooooo nervous. Although I think that I will do fine. Next week we go back to groton. YAY!!! |

| | Today I left school at 3:30p.m. to drive to NYC. Just arrived. Am exausted need to drink a cup of coffee or tea and call it a night. Talk to you all tomorrow. If I get a chance, might be on my feet all day tom. doing some sight seeing.:)
