Short-Term Running Goals:

  • Stay healthy and active
  • Run  2 miles in 14 min. or less during the track season
  • Make states as a sophmore/junior in high school

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • a 5k or triathalon
  • marathon 

Personal:

  • I enjoy learning new lauanges (am currently learning spanish.)
  • I am a distance runner only
  • I am going in to 10th grade(@the end of the year)
  • 3nd year XC and track
  • Favorite course to race on: Stonehedges golf course, Beville invitational and marathon course.
  • Love running 1500s and sometimes an 800 during the track season. I am thinking about taking on the 3 mile as a freshman and then a steeplechase when I am a senior.

 So a quick recap. Cross country season has ended and I am currently training for Track. On top of that I am preparing to do the run in Naples Flordia in Feburary. I have mixed feelings about the run, in part becasue I havn't competed for 2 months, and it will be alot hotter than where I live.
