Short-Term Running Goals:

  • Stay healthy and active
  • Run  2 miles in 14 min. or less during the track season
  • Make states as a sophmore/junior in high school

Long-Term Running Goals:

  • a 5k or triathalon
  • marathon 

Personal:

  • I enjoy learning new lauanges (am currently learning spanish.)
  • I am a distance runner only
  • I am going in to 10th grade(@the end of the year)
  • 3nd year XC and track
  • Favorite course to race on: Stonehedges golf course, Beville invitational and marathon course.
  • Love running 1500s and sometimes an 800 during the track season. I am thinking about taking on the 3 mile as a freshman and then a steeplechase when I am a senior.

Sorry that I have not updated recently. Wed.: Went to practice did 5 sets of hills.

Thursday: Did a 1.5 mile on the track with a time of 12.2 (have not run one in a while.) 

Have the camp Gregory Rustic run next weekend on Saturday.

School started today. Went to pratice did a 10 min warm up. For a work out ran laps around the Tennis courts for 15min. Did two more laps jogging for a cool down.

Sorry I have not updated recentaly. We played capture the flag in practice today. First meet is on Tuesday at Tburg.

So I had my first meet yesterday. Got the results today and I came in second for females with a time of 8min. 02sec.(Not 2 shabby!) Saturday we go to the B-Ville Invatitional.

Yesterday went to B-Ville invitational. got results today.... I came in 23 out of 150-200 people. Time was 10:30. Going to groten on tues. YAY! Time to beat my P.R. that I set there.
